Owners and operators are very conscientious of keeping the lanes smooth and shiny. Don't wear your shoes outside! Lots of fun at Char-Lanes!
Great staff and environment. Dave, the owner, sold me a bowling ball and gave me free lessons with it. Additionally, he let me bowl three games for free while I got used to my new ball. He also took the time to see how the ball fit and made minor adjustments to the fitting holes as I practiced with it. Now that is customer dedicated service!
