Very friendly staff, made my smile look like a million bucks!
I have always been absolutely pleased with the care my children and I have received. The staff is all very friendly and professional. I really appreciated the staff explaining and breaking down how much my insurance will cover for the year and worked out a plan in order to make the most of my insurance and get as much dental work done as possible.
I went to this office in Charlotte, MI as a result my insurance company was billed for a occlusal guard. I never ordered, requested, wanted this thing. Over the course of 1 whole year I tried to get them to re-imburse my insurance company for the "mistake" and I was told by the office manager and Dr. Keith West himself that it would be repaid. Well over one year after the visit and it still has gone uncorrected. No wonder our health insurance is so messed up in this country, they are paying for things the patients never see or ask for. Dr. West should realize that it is not his smile on the billboard that will get him by St. Peter at the gates.
Not impressed. Made an appointment 3 days ago, gave then my insurance information and everything seemed fine. Got a call after 5pm the same day, the receptionist said she was having a hard time verifying my insurance and asked for my social security number. I gave it to her and she said I'd get a call in the morning if there were any other issues. Never got that call so I assumed everything was fine. Day of the appointment comes around and I get a call an hour and a half before my appointment (after calling off work and paying a baby sitter) and this woman tells me they dont accept my insurance. I am PISSED.
