Great service and high quality professionals! They have always taken care of all my flower needs in a timely manner and my friends and family rave about their flowers! They do have a policy that they only deliver if someone is home, to ensure the flowers stay at their freshest possible. I will always use them for all of my flower needs.
That star is in truth in the negative... The lady who is the owner is not only unprofessional but rude beyond belief. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Newsflash to the owner: You need to take serious lessons in not only customer service but human compassion as well. You get more with sugar than you do with salt, and you are way to salty you should consider another profession. I will spread the word to everyone who will listen. So if you want to be treated terrible by a rude hag then definitely go see the owner. ...
They don't deliver to the nearby town of Olivet. That's too bad they lost my business.
I ordered flowers here over a year ago. I let the staff decide how to make the arrangements and they did not disappoint. Great place to go if you need help with selecting the right flowers for your lady.
