I asked for fine highlights and got 4 chunky streaks evenly spaced down my part perpendicular to my forehead. I guess i will be a tiger for Halloween this year. Thanks, Laurie
I am posting this from my step daughters phone. The lady cutting my hair didn’t speak and cut my hair VERY unevenly. It looks absolutely terrible. I won’t be returning. I would NOT recommend anyone get their hair cut here.
I am originally from Marshall so always patronized the Battle Creek SmartStyle. I recently moved to Charlotte, today I visited the SmartStyle here for some way overdue highlights. Laurie provided the service quickly and proficiently with beautiful results. I am very pleased and will definitely return and ask for Laurie.
Worst service I ever had, very rude.
I took my bf's 13 year old there. The (one) woman working was rude. Made me feel stupid as soon as we were checking in. I asked about color, she said it was too late in the day, that they closed in 2 hours. (??) Later when she was washing the daughters hair, I started talking about color again, just to chit chat. She said the only color SHE can do is all over color, and named three other women that work there that do color. Then, when she went to do the cut, after jacking up the chair all the way, lowered it, made the daughter stand up, while the stylist sat on a stool and cut her hair, talking about how she has heel splints and feet problems. I'm thinking she should work at a barber shop. We should have just kept waiting at Great Clips.
