If you can drive to a different hospital, I urge you to do so! Customer service should be #1 at a hospital! If you get bad coffee, you go to different coffee shop. If you get bad food, you go to a different restaurant. With a hospital, you don't always have a choice and the level of bad reviews and terrible word of mouth from a life saving facility is appalling!
