The food is good but we and always had our family Christmas dinner there but they don't take reservations anymore but said they would have table for us when we got there they had nothing NEVER going back there even just to eat

Our server was nice but extremely slow and unorganized. Our meals were great! Both hot, visually appealing and placed neatly on our plates. I had a steak, and it came as i ordered it, medium-rare with loaded garlic mash potatoes and hubby had riblets. Great meal!
Good food good service. Steak was prepared as ordered and tasted good. Garlic green beans and sweet potatoes were really good. I just wish they served bread like other restaurants do.

We've been going to this Applebees for years. We used to love the food and service, but as of late. The past 3 times we've eaten there. We had problems with the food. Last night there was something very gritty in our salads. It was like sand in my mouth. When I complained about it. The manager comes out and tries to explain, by saying it is just the Croutons I'm experiencing. He said I can promise you we didn't drop it on the floor. I didn't even suggest that they did. Anyway. Croutons won't stay in your mouth and not desolve. No. I had sand in my mouth even when I got home. The wait staff is still amazing tho.
