After much frustration at several Lansing dealerships, we happened to be in the Charlotte area and decided to pop in to Candy Ford. Brandon was very customer service oriented, not pushy, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot, understood that we did not want to spend hours and hours sitting at his desk and willing to go above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. We ended up trading in our Expedition for a purchase on a new. The experience was so good we bought another truck through Brandon. We recommend all our friends and family to him. It is worth the drive to Charlotte, the service and prices are outstanding!

My family and I were on a 4 hour trip to see family over the holidays. It was 5 degrees and our wiper fluid kept freezing. We stopped at Candy Ford and Todd offered to let us bring our Ford Explorer into the shop and let it warm up...even though every bay was busy and they were hopping busy. A half hour later and after getting topped off with some new fluid, we were on our way. Thanks for this great service from a great shop! :)
I hired Candy Ford to inspect my truck's four wheel drive system. They found the problem right away and replaced axles and ujoints as well as seals and a few other small issues. Though it was a six hour job, they were fair with their price and did excellent work. I'll be back with my Taurus when it needs work. I feel like you can trust Candy Ford.
