It couldn't have been any easier or less stressful. Sure, you have to do a little back and forth if you know what you need at what price, but that is expected. Everyone involved, including Simon, Mike and Patrick made the process extremely easy. We knew what we wanted coming in and they got it for us at a price we were very happy with. I was looking to steam clean the inside of my car after my apartment had bed bugs. I only paid $55 for a steam clean and vacuum (it would have been $70 for the entire interior). Extremely reasonable price, friendly staff. While I was waiting for my car, they had a free shuttle driver so that you aren't waiting around for 5 hours. I managed to get all of my laundry done while waiting, and he gave me a ride there and back.
I was very happy with my experience, and I'd definitely recommend them.
